A few updates on some of my illustrations.
I just updated my site so it fits a bit more steamlined. I expanded the gallery, and compacted the about page--with a changed picture. I wish I had a better picture for my face, but the one I have up will have to do. I added a lot of links to my footer for my other sites, take a look sometime!
I've shown it on some of my social sites, but not here yet. This is a scene from my book Votum, where the main character gets shipwrecked.
So, finally getting in some drawings for my story, I have done this:
Of course it's unfinished, but it's well overdue. I'm going to be using it as an offical reference for this particular dragon character.
Even though my commissions have been available for a long time, I finally found a site that'll help get my work out there. It is launching on January 15th and is called ArtCorgi. I hope you all will be interested in ordering somehting from me either through that site or via mmy email.
Wow. I personally can't believe it's here already! It's been so warm in Winchester, I guess that's it. Anyway, I drew everyone on the web a beautiful picture. I hope you enjoy!
As you get older, you feel lost. You've lost something from your childhood, and sometimes you wonder if those fervent beliefs were just you wishing to believe in something. I want that wistful feeling back. I want that trust back when magic was real, and Christmas felt inspiring. I just want to believe in something meaningful, even if I have to wait for it....
Well, even despite getting sick for an entire week (blame the cold and medication withdrawal) I managed to make up the words I lost and write 50,000 words in November! I am so proud of myself, because it means since the end of May I have written over 150,000 words in various stories of mine. You can say I'm feeling accomplished. X3
Keep an eye out for my books, Votum and later Circle of Stone Magic, because I plan on publishing them. I'll be spending my extra time editing them until they are shiny and ready to be sold. I may even be inspired to illustrate even more scenes from them now!
